Your commitment to us

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Woldies (Wolds Way Lavender) and yourself.

Admission and Tickets

Admission tickets are valid for the day of entry only, between the set opening times.
Once purchased on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email.
Each ticket is specific to each adult/child and is non-transferable.
No ticket may be resold.
1 free essential carer for each paying child/adult who has a max card or carers allowance/credit letter or personal independence payment letter. This must be presented on admission. If you are unable to show proof on entry, you will be required to purchase a ticket, this can be refunded on provision of proof at a later date.
Over 16’s require an adult ticket. Proof of age may be required. If you are unable to show proof on entry, you will be required to purchase a ticket, this can be refunded on provision of proof at a later date.
2-16 year olds require a child ticket. Proof of age may be required. If you are unable to show proof on entry, you will be required to purchase a ticket, this can be refunded on provision of proof at a later date.
No child will be admitted to Woldies (Wolds Way Lavender) unless they are accompanied by an adult 18 years or over and such child or children whilst on site must remain under the close supervision of an adult at all times.
Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes. If booking online there is a booking order fee per order. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.
Any discounts available for booking online will be shown online.
Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Day entry tickets can be upgraded to a Woldies membership (on the day of purchase only). Please ask at shop for details and pricing.
Full membership and summer pass T+C’s available on request.

Cancellations

Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations.
Tickets can be transferred, providing 48 hours notice from the start time of the ticket. Please contact via email.
Admittance may be deferred if there is no access to the farm for any circumstance where the management deem it is not safe for the public to enter.

General

Children under 16 must be supervised at all times by an adult over the age of 18 and ensure they play at a level appropriate to their own age and ability. Play spaces are all unsupervised and there are areas of open water.
Please be aware you are entering gardens, parkland and woodland with natural structures and surfaces and areas of open water. Surfaces may be uneven or slippery in places. Take care in all areas and supervise children at all times.
Please respect others and help us to keep our family friendly atmosphere.
We are a small family team and we work hard to keep Woldies wonderful for everyone! Please help us by respecting the environment here and supervising children at all times. We appreciate it if you let us know if you come across any issues or if you need anything, we are always happy to help.
Throughout the season, certain areas of Woldies may have to be closed for maintenance and renewal work. We will always endeavour to keep disruption to a minimum. This is not a cause for a refund.
We cannot be held responsible for closures of all or part of our attraction. In the event of any of the above, Woldies will not be liable for any financial loss incurred.
Although we have a large on-site car park, we cannot guarantee a parking space on site.
We do not knowingly allow anyone to visit or hold any form of Membership who is a convicted registered sex offender or subject to the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, or subject to the Sexual Risk Order, Child Abduction Notice or any other restrictions or requirements that protects the safety and welfare of children.
We reserve the right to ask visitors to leave due to safety or other concerns.
All decisions are at the discretion of the management.
We reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions at any time, a copy is available on request.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome in all areas, but please keep them out of the sand in the play areas and ensure they are kept clear of other people and children playing at all times.
Dogs must be kept on a short lead and under control at all times.
Please pick up after your dog – there are plenty of bins available.
Please keep to paths with dogs to avoid disturbing animal habitats and keep them away from any wild animals you might find.
Please be aware other visitors may not want dogs near them or may have dogs that are wary of other dogs.
We reserve the right to ask you to leave if any safety issues are reported with your dog(s).
Breeds or crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro). will not be allowed to enter Woldies (Wolds Way Lavender).
All decisions are at the discretion of the staff and/or management.

Data protection

Personal information is held securely for the purpose of admission and/or membership requirements.
Unless you state otherwise we may use your personal details to contact you with Woldies offers or information that may be of interest to you. There will be clear opt out options where data is collected. We will not use your data in any other way.
We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personal identifiable information.
