At Woldie’s, we want to help everyone get outside and explore the beautiful nature of the Yorkshire Wolds together. To learn and be inspired through play and interactive gardens with games, quizzes and information in a peaceful, beautiful and accessible setting. Woldie Willow is our friendly guide. On our farm we grow lavender and use it in all sorts of ways. We harvest it to extract our high quality lavender essential oil to make our unique Wolds Way Lavender Products, dry it to use the seeds in lavender bags or for food and drink such as refreshing teas and delicious lavender scones, and also to grow and sell lavender plants.
But that’s not all we grow. Over 20 years we have also planted thousands of trees, wildflowers, herbs and flowers. This has created a nature haven! The many varied species of the Yorkshire Wolds have flourished on our farm and in turn they support the growth of the lavender, from pollination to pest control to soil regeneration and much more.

As a small family run business we pride ourselves on our friendly customer service to provide an excellent experience for all. We are always listening to our visitors and customers to continue to develop and improve.
Woldie’s, originally Wolds Way Lavender, was dreamt up and has been developed over the last 20 years by Steve and Anne. In recent years their daughter Sarah and son-in-law Danny and their two young children Mia and Jesse have taken on the day to day running of the farm, with the support of Steve and Anne and a small local team.
Our change of name and branding in 2022 for visitors to “Woldie’s Lavender & Nature Farm” aims to better represent what you can expect and enjoy from a day out at Woldie’s. We continue to produce our high quality “Wolds Way Lavender” Essential Oil and Products and visitors to Woldie’s can still see how we grow, harvest, distil and produce our products on the farm.
