Tickets can be purchased at the “Hive” admission desk.

However, we can’t guarantee there will be availability on the day.

Train tickets can only be purchased at the Hive admission desk upon arrival.

This allows us to allocate you a time slot for your train ride and to complete a seating plan, enabling social distancing.

Yes!

All we ask is that dogs are kept on a lead at all times and pick up after your dog. We have plenty of bins around site.

Yes! We have lots of picnic benches around the grounds

We operate a grab and go style takeaway area.

Serving sandwhiches, pasties, salads, cakes, ice creams, hot and cold drinks.

Childrens picnic bags are availabale and a popular choice.

We have a mixture of undercover and outside seating.

There are wheelchair freindly gravel paths from the carpark to the ‘Hive’, Toilets and Tea Hive takeaway.

These continue to the bee garden, butterfly garden, bird hide and miniature railway.

The remaing paths are cut grass that with some gentle slopes.

The grass paths in the maze are again grass cut, they are uneven in places.

We have escape routes sign posted within the maze.

We have lots of seats around site for resting places.

We reccomend at least 3 and a half hours.

Lots of our visitors stay all day! There is so much to do

All ages who enjoy the outdoors, nature & family fun games.

We love to see Grandma, Grandad, Mum, Dad, Kids & the Dog all enjoying quality family time together!

The lavender starts to flower mid-June & throughout July and August.

There is much more to see outside of these times.

We harvest and distil the lavender in late August. By the mid September all our lavender is cut and distilled.

Woldies wild play area consists of natural sand & water. We recommend clothes you don’t mind your child getting mucky and a spare change. There is a tap area to wash off within the Wild Play area.
