These terms and conditions apply to items ordered by through this website.

Please take time to read these terms and conditions it is important for both of us that you understand our contractual relationship relating to your use of the website. Please make sure that you have read these terms and conditions before completing your order with us.

You undertake to us that the details you give to us while using the website are correct in particular that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the items you are purchasing.

If there are any changes to the details supplied to us by you it is your responsibility to inform us via email or on our contact page.

Payment

Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website and will be debited when we receive your order. You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our website at the date you place your order. All prices are displayed on our website and are exclusive of VAT. A Standard Delivery charge is shown prior to confirming the order this price for UK locations only. Prices for timed or Saturday deliveries, European and International addresses can be obtained by email. We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown but very occasionally an error may occur.

We will do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them. However because of the technology that is required in operating the website there may be times when obvious errors occur. For example, very occasionally, this may result in a price, or product or other detail displayed or presented on the website being incorrect. In this case we reserve the right to cancel that contract, but this of course will be without any liability to you. If this should happen, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the goods at the correct price.

Shipping And Handling

All our goods are despatched either by 1st Class Parcels or 2nd Class Parcels or Parcelforce express 48 or Airmail/ Airsure depending upon on the service that is most suitable. We are given a proof of posting receipt by the Post Office.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within two business days.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within seven days of the contract with ourselves, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer) for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. Cosmetic products cannot be returned once opened.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
